Every small group is capped at just 7 women, so you’re never lost in the crowd. You get proper coaching, real support, and the space to go at your own pace. Everything is adapted to your fitness level so you don’t feel overwhelmed and can actually stay consiste

Our small group sessions are a mix of strength training, fitness and boxing. You don’t need any boxing experience at all. Most of our clients are complete beginners. The boxing is pad work and bag work, nothing intimidating, just a fun way to build fitness and confidence

With your membership, you also get access to our extra classes. That’s up to 14 additional sessions every week including boxing, Pilates, strength focused sessions and Hyrox style workouts. You can pick and choose what suits you. Some women come 3 to 4 times per week, some stick to their small groups, and others do more. It’s completely flexible around you.

The support side is where BootyBox really stands out. We check in with you multiple times per week, you can reach out to me or any of our 8 coaches at any point, and you’ll use our app to complete a weekly check in so we can see exactly how things are going. That allows us to tweak your training and nutrition so you keep making progress.
