Our small group sessions are a mix of strength training, fitness and boxing. You don’t need any boxing experience at all. Most of our clients are complete beginners. The boxing is pad work and bag work, nothing intimidating, just a fun way to build fitness and confidence

With your membership, you also get access to our extra classes. That’s up to 14 additional sessions every week including boxing, Pilates, strength focused sessions and Hyrox style workouts. You can pick and choose what suits you. Some women come 3 to 4 times per week, some stick to their small groups, and others do more. It’s completely flexible around you.

BootyBox Mum & Baby runs on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 10am and is designed for mums who want to gently get back into exercise with their baby by their side.

These sessions are relaxed, supportive and completely judgement-free. No pressure to be super fit, no rushing, and no expectations. Just simple strength and movement to help you feel stronger, more confident and more like yourself again.

Babies are always welcome. Feed, settle or take a break whenever you need to
